Wonderful density and intensity for a wine with low alcohol. Beautifuly juicy with pure ripe fruity notes (cherry, blueberry), floral (violet) and spicy. This wine will suprise you by its depth and freshness and very long fruity finish. A true wine of gastronomy that will give even more with time.
Serve around 16°C with roast, grilled red meat, quail and duck, casserole dishes
